5. JUJA PHASE 1
It was acquired in JANUARY, 2010, thus 200 Acres located along Kalimoni Road in Juja approximately 9km from Thika Super highway. They were subdivided into 1427 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 175,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 190,000 for Non-members. The project is now under MHASIBU PARADISE ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
6. JUJA PHASE 2
It was acquired in 19th DECEMBER 2012, thus 100 Acres located along Kalimoni Road in Juja approximately 6km from Thika Super highway. They were subdivided into 627 (1/8) eighth plots at a cost of Kshs. 175,000 for Members of Mhasibu and Kshs. 190,000 for Non-members.
